【Epidemic Precautions of TaiNEX】

In response to the outbreak of COVID 19 pandemic, TaiNEX, as MICE economy promoter, has implemented the following precautions on a daily basis to create a safe environment for both staff and visitors:

1. Self health management:
All staff of TaiNEX (contractors included) are required to take temperature on a daily basis. For visitors, in addition to taking temperature, they are also requested to maintain social distancing and wear surgical masks at all times inside the venue.

2. Environment sanitization:
Public areas with high frequency usage such as lobby, restroom, elevator and escalator are sanitized with diluted bleach or alcohol based sanitizer every 2 hours. Also, not only UV lamps are installed in air conditioning equipment for sterilization, the whole building is ventilated with fresh air 3 times a day to accelerate indoor air circulation. During the exhibition period, the exhibition area (including public area) will be fully cleaned and disinfected after the exhibition is closed every day.

3. Epidemic prevention facilities
Main entrances are equipped with infrared forehead thermometer or thermographic camera for staff and visitor temperature check. Alcohol based hand rubs are provided at each entrance and public areas (such as elevator hall and lobby).

4. Epidemic prevention announcement
To enhance epidemic prevention, notice of self health management and related information will be broadcasted on both public areas and electronic panels in TaiNEX on a regular basis.
